By using Tom’s Auto Works services or submitting a service request, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Tom’s Auto Works provides mobile mechanic services including maintenance, inspections, and light repairs. Services are performed at your location.
Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may change depending on actual conditions, parts required, or additional issues discovered during service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service.
No Guarantee of Repairs
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that all issues will be fully resolved, especially if underlying problems exist beyond the scope of the requested service.
Limitation of Liability
Tom’s Auto Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Service is performed based on visible and disclosed conditions at the time of work.
Customer Responsibility
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle
- Ensure safe access to the vehicle
- Disclose any known issues
Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
